Christian W. Francis
Founding Attorney | Trial Lawyer for Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Civil Litigation
Christian W. Francis is the founding attorney of Francis Law and a trial lawyer serving clients throughout northeastern Pennsylvania and across the state. His practice focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation, and criminal defense matters.
In his civil practice, Christian handles car accidents, tractor trailer collisions, slip and fall claims, product liability lawsuits, and complex medical malpractice litigation. He also represents individuals facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, including DUI cases, in both Pennsylvania state courts and federal courts. Over the course of his career, Christian has successfully handled trials and appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court on behalf of both civil and criminal clients.
Before founding Francis Law, Christian worked for prominent civil litigation and defense firms representing insurance companies, hospitals, and a multinational transportation company in high-stakes litigation matters. That experience gave him direct insight into how large organizations evaluate, defend, and negotiate claims. Today, he applies that defense-side perspective to help injured individuals and families pursue stronger cases against insurers and corporate defendants.
Christian completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University and earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, he clerked for a United States District Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and worked with several respected litigation firms in Pittsburgh.
Christian is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, Christian lives in South Abington with his wife and three children. His local roots and direct approach to client communication continue to shape the firm’s focus on practical guidance, responsiveness, and clear next steps during difficult legal situations.
Christian has also been recognized through Super Lawyers Rising Stars selections and maintains Active attorney status in Pennsylvania.

Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Trish Corbett, where he gained firsthand insight into courtroom procedure, judicial decision-making, and litigation strategy.

Clients working with Kyle often want straightforward answers about what happens next, how serious the charges may be, and what options are available. His approach focuses on preparation, communication, and helping clients avoid preventable mistakes early in the process.
